How do I buy for more than one person?

To buy for more than one person, simply choose the number of programmes you’d like to buy on the programme information page in the catalogue, add them to your basket, and proceed through the checkout. Once you’ve purchased the programmes, log back in to the EduCare online learning system and follow the instructions on the screen to add users and assign programmes.

How can I tell if my staff have completed their programme?

If you have bought for more than one person, you are the administrator for your group. This means you can access Admin Reports that allow you to monitor your group’s progress. To do this, simply click the ‘Admin Reports’ link in the right-hand menu.

How do I get my certificate once I’ve finished the programme?

Online programmes are certificated using secure, personalised, downloadable certificates. Once you’ve completed the programme, simply click the ‘My Certificates’ link in the left-hand menu, where you can generate your certificates.

What happens if I buy paper programmes?

If you buy a paper programme, for yourself or for your team, we will post you the materials within 7 days of your order. Simply read the materials, complete the answer sheet and return them to us in the freepost envelope provided. We will then mark your answer sheets and send you a personalised certificate if you have been successful.
